Returns & Exchanges

At The Game Room, we want you to be fully satisfied with your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
